Digital Asset Management – $1,750 Per Day

Keeping track of digital images can seem overwhelming if you don’t have a good plan. We work with the dental staff at their workstations and walk them through the workflow of managing multiple images. We recommend using the program, Lightroom from Adobe, for both cataloging of the images and making most of the cropping and tonal adjustments needed. The program has a very powerful catalog function that enables you to build a library, which will make your images very easy to locate. Our fee includes installing Lightroom on the office computer, working with the staff to create library and to answer a wide range of questions about creating a digital workflow that suits their workplace.

Portrait Photo Coach – $1,750

A dentist may not have any formal training in photography yet might need a variety of pictures for his practice. In our role as picture coach we like to begin with a phone meeting and also have the dentist e-mail samples of his or her photography. This advance work really helps us maximize our time once we meet in person. Our fee includes the phone meeting, the in-person session, and three phone follow-ups.

Equipment Coach – $1,750

We like to visit the office space and meet the dentist to review his or her needs. For example, one client wanted a very simple photo studio with a small footprint that he could use to make a quick portrait without having to set up any equipment. We set up the studio, picked out the gear, did the installation and calibrated the system so the dentist didn’t have to do anything more than flip the power switch to the studio when he wanted a photo of a patient. Our fee covers the initial meeting, researching the proper equipment and installation.

Portrait Photos – $2,500

When we do portrait photography for a dentist the resulting pictures usually end up on websites or in promotional material. To produce top quality, high-resolution images We bring in lighting equipment to the dentist’s office and set up a mini-studio. Our fee includes the photography and delivery of all images on a DVD. Depending on location, there may be travel costs as well.
